Find the Queer Arts Featured stage across from 575 Castro Street near 19th St. — the historic site of Harvey Milk’s camera shop. Our alternaqueer stage returns with a genre-bending lineup curated by Devlin Shand, Co-Founder/Owner of Queer AF — spotlighting queer creativity in all its wonderfully hard-to-box-in forms.

We’re thrilled to welcome San Francisco Drag Laureate Per Sia, who has been sharing the joy of Drag Queen Story Time with kids and families in San Francisco for years. 📚
Face Paint by Summer Sky brings imagination to life one brushstroke at a time. Summer is a preschool teacher as well as a face painter, and her family-run team creates playful experiences through face painting, balloon twisting and more. 🎨
Lucy Juggles brings her one-woman comedy circus energy to the Fair! A Bay Area performer who regularly entertains crowds at Pier 39, Lucy mixes juggling, humor, storytelling and seriously impressive circus skills — with plenty of heart along the way. 🤹
SUNDANCE SALOON
One of our favorite Castro Street Fair traditions returns to one of its favorite spots: the Castro Theatre parking lot!
Get ready for an afternoon of two-stepping, line dancing, quick novice lessons and big queer country-western energy with Sundance Saloon.
Whether you know every step or have absolutely no idea what your feet are doing yet, they’ll get you moving.
Need to ditch a bag, jacket or street shoes before hitting the dance floor? Sundance will once again have its handy boot-check available while you dance.
